Edible Oil Bleaching

Used as a bleaching/activated earth processing aid in refining edible vegetable and animal oils (soybean, sunflower, rapeseed, cottonseed, corn, tallow), where its high adsorption capacity removes colour pigments, trace metals and oxidation products to produce clear, stable oil before being filtered out.

Cosmetics & Skincare

Incorporated into facial masks, cleansers, scrubs and dry shampoos as an oil-absorbing, mildly exfoliating clay that draws out sebum and impurities, and also serves as a binder and anti-caking stabilizer in pressed and powder cosmetic formulations.

Industrial Oil Purification

Applied in the petroleum, lubricant and transformer-oil industries to filter contaminants, reduce acidity and discoloration, and adsorb oxidation sludge, regenerating used mineral and insulating oils.

Carrier & Absorbent Products

Used in bulk as an inert adsorbent carrier for pesticides, fertilizers and agrochemical granules, and as the absorbent base for cat litter and oil/grease/chemical spill-control products owing to its high liquid-holding capacity.
